Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide exceptional service and a seamless experience for all our guests. We understand that plans may change, and we have implemented the following refund and cancellation policy to accommodate such situations

  • If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least three days in advance.
  • Cancellations made within three days of the scheduled appointment or retreat may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
  • In case of a no-show or early departure, no refunds will be provided.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within five business days using the original method of payment.
  • Please note that any fees charged by third-party payment processors or banks may be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • If you need to modify your reservation, such as changing the date or type of service, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
